Becoming a coach and consultant has been a long and winding journey for me. During the 20 years of my career in the cultural sphere and in fair management, I gained experience in leading positions in arts funding, as an enthusiastic project and event manager, as co-director of the international art fair Art Basel and as managing director of the Kunstmuseum Basel. As time passed, I became increasingly intrigued with supporting individuals and organisations in a consulting role and began pursuing extensive studies in systemic coaching and consultancy.
I founded .connect the dots in 2014, an independent company providing consulting, coaching and concept services. My clients are individulals, organisations and their teams, and clients in need of conceptual or strategic support. Popular formats include individual coachings, workshops and retreats as well as facilitating longterm organisational development processes. I continue to serve on various boards and cultural juries, facilitating concept and organisational development with pro bono services, locally, nationally and internationally.
Originally born on the East Coast of the USA, I grew up in Switzerland and live in Basel-Stadt. In my free time culture and nature are top of my list, travelling abroad, hiking and biking in the Swiss Alps are sources of inspiration.
